Past designing the elements by help of solidworks the mounting of the 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 lever with dedicated side components has become a complete match.

Of obtaining a smooth twist of the lever a teflon O ring has been embedded with minimal compression rate and so the pretension is perfecly adjustable. By combining a surfaced tapered head M5 bold, a teflon o-ring, a M5 low height nut and locknut the resistance of torsion as the smoothness of movement is enhanced tremendously.

Soon the 3D printed components of this quirky lever will be fabricated into a carbon reinforeced nylon of obtaining the desired rigidity, the base mount plate will become fabricated into polypropylene of benefiting toughness as good frictional resilience.

Wildly enthusiastical and very curious how smoothly the doors will open and close into be house into the near future by adding dedicated electronics of allowing autonomous levering.
